When placing an order, customers will be required to enter personal information. This will include personal details such as payment details, address and a contact telephone number. We will only use the information provided so we may process your order. The information collected will be held until your order is complete and payment is cleared, personal information is archived and stored for our records. We do not store any credit/debit card details. Credit/debit card payments are processed by the chosen secure payment gateway when placing your order. No other copies or duplicates of this information is taken. Access to this data is only available to employees of Jackie's Flowers. We will not pass on your personal information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever without your prior written consent.

Website Policy

At Jackie's Flowers we try to have a variety of flowers available all the time, but please be aware that the pictures on our website are a guide to what your arrangements will look like. Depending on seasonal changes and availability, colours or types of flowers may vary, but the style of the arrangement will be the same. However, rest assured if the arrangement you pick is just lillies, it will indeed be just lillies. If you specifically want certain flowers or colours, please inform us as far in advance as possible before ordering. This will prevent any miscommunication or disappointment.

Delivery Policy

We deliver locally and around the Southampton area.  Local deliveries are free within 3 miles of our location, delivery fees will increase proportionally as the distance to the delivery address increases further from our location, you will be notified of this fee when placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

Should any customer place an order and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after this period or after the order is delivered then no refund can be issued. Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of an incorrect or unclear address. The customer can obtain new information so the order can then be properly delivered.

Refund / Exchange Policy

At Jackie's Flowers we sell fresh, perishable items and we will guarantee that the flowers delivered are the freshest we have. We do not give refunds after the order has been delivered, but we will exchange within 3 days of delivery if you are not happy. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided. A refund cannot be issued if the recipient has not followed the provided instructions consequently leading to the premature deterioration of the flowers.
